The short answer is: all sales are final. Due to the structure and nature of our business/products, we can not offer returns or exchanges. You have the option to cancel your order, but only within the first 24 hours.
Please familiarize yourself with the product(s) so that you know what to expect prior to placing your order. Lead times for both “in stock” and “backordered” items are listed in the descriptions. Colors do photograph differently depending on the light, but we try and portray them as accurately as we can. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, chatting through IG Messenger is usually the best way.
In the extremely rare case that there should be some kind of fitment issue, please contact us and we’ll get you squared away.
